Blog2social review!

Obviously one of the uses of a WordPress site is to get your info out and your posts/pages/blog shared. There are plenty of plugins out there, but for me the best is Blog2social which recently got updated and for a short while includes posting to threads in the free version. There are various plans available for more features and more networks, but currently the free version covers the vast majority of uses, the exception being X/Twitter but that is more down to that platforms restrictions.

To be really honest this is one of those plugins that just does what you expect, with the only difference being to others that it needs more work to autopost. I personally still use it to post the things I want when I want rather than autoposting, but each to their own. I know that means it is quicker posting wordpress posts rather than waiting on the autoposting mechanism to work, and I find it better that way.

Blog2social is a great plugin that helps you post from a WP instance to various social networks. The free version does a fair few but you might need a paid plan if you want to cover all the bases. Still my favourite method to post links to your WP content

Free version is still pretty basic, but it does the best job of the plugins I have used. Beats Jetpack for instance
