Recently I have become fed up of websites not working in Firefox because of the ad blocker(s) I use. Websites stopped loading and working and some were just not as good as they used to be. So I switched to Chrome for a bit, but the ads and other things annoyed me so today I have made the switch to Brave!
I had already installed Brave a while back but after a bit of messing around today I feel it is a decent replacement though not quite as nice as Firefox used to be…
So what do I like about Brave? Well it is quick – I am back to how quick Firefox was, it blocks ads by default – Youtube and Facebook are miles better straight away, it works with Threads as Firefox no longer does, and it seems stable. What do I not like? Well my Marilyn Monroe theme is no longer and I loved that pic up the top right… but that really is about it. If you like your privacy and security, and use a laptop/pc/computer to access websites rather than apps – then Brave is definitely worth installing. Give it a go! 10 out of 10 from me….
