Amongst my peers, and I’m old now (55) AI isn’t popular at all, and nearly everyone I talk to around my age hates it. So it is good to see a study basically saying the same. I can only think that AI is seen as the new messiah for tech companies, and I know that big tech companies have gone all in with AI chatbots as they can substantially reduce their staff counts and thus costs. This continued AI bubble sees no slowdowns yet – but surely if the take up is as small as I and other say it is, it will all come crashing down soon?
