Meta has been fined a whopping €798 million over breaking competition laws using its Facebook Marketplace. Simply put they have hampered other marketplaces and favoured their own. Meta disagree and are appealing (of course). Just add this to the ever increasing fines Meta is racking up as we trundle towards 2025!
